Barrel-aged Morning Shakeout

Barrel-aged Morning Shakeout is our “lower” abv barrel-aged collaboration with our friends from Marlowe Ales. This base spent 13 months in an Old Rip Van Winkle (Pappy 10yr) barrel before being bottled in a 12oz bottle for enjoyment.

Barrel-aged Maris: Single Barrel Weller (Gold Wax)

Our first single-barrel release out of our Lumber Project is Barrel-Aged Maris. This English Barleywine collaboration with Horus Aged Ales and Mindful Ales was aged for 20 months in a 6yr Weller barrel.

Barrel Aged Lumberjack Style 2022 (Red Wax)

Our 2022 blend of Barrel-aged Lumberjack Style spent 21 months in a blend of Weller and Taconic Double Maple Bourbon barrels before being conditioned on maple syrup and Indonesian Sumatra Pegasing Carbonic Maceration from our friends at Mostra Coffee.

Our Imperial Stout Among Monsters, brewed in collaboration with The Seed aged for 20 months in Sazerac Rye barrels before being conditioned on Mexican and Tanzanian vanilla beans

Among Monsters Green Wax is our Imperial Stout collaboration with The Seed aged for 19 months in Laird’s Apple Brandy barrels.

Barrel-aged Cosm of Darkness (White Wax)

ABV 12.5%

This is our first batch of Cosm of Darkness aged for 21 months in Elijah Craig 12-year barrels before being conditioned on toasted coconut, raw coconut and toasted almonds.

This is our barrel-aged version of the first batch of Cosm of Darkness, which spent the last 21 months in Blantons barrels.

ABV 12.5%

This is our first batch of Cosm of Darkness aged for 21 months in Old Fitzgerald 9-year barrels before being conditioned on Mexican vanilla, Madagascar vanilla and cinnamon.
